“During September 2019, the amount of state and state-guaranteed debt of Ukraine decreased in hryvnia by 69.44 billion hryvnias and in dollar terms, government and state-guaranteed debt increased by $ 1.02 billion,” the Ukrainian Finance Ministry said in a statement.
It was previously reported that according to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, in August 2019, the debt decreased in dollar terms by $ 0.5 billion, or 0.6%, to $ 81.92 billion.
