According to preliminary data, police officers from Stupin near Moscow received a bribe in the amount of 500 thousand rubles from the general director of a construction company for general patronage, the lack of checks on “financial and economic activities and compliance with the migration legislation by employees of the organization”.

Police officers were detained at the time of receiving the bribe. At the moment they are interrogated, the question of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the detention of the chief of police near Moscow Stupin.

On October 28, a criminal case was opened in Samara against the first deputy chief of the Kuybyshev railway Dmitry Atyakin and his two accomplices on suspicion of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale.
