She pointed out that the application can be renewed through four channels: the electronic form on the website of the Authority, customer happiness centers, printing offices, and mobile phone application, pointing out that the service is available 24 hours a week, through the mobile phone application The online form is available through the TRA website. The service is available through the TRA Customer Happiness Centers or through the authorized typing offices.

She stated that there is no fee for the service of renewing the ID card for citizens who have social security, people with disabilities and autism patients. The customer must apply for exemption from fees when filling in the data and on all channels of service delivery. Official working hours.

The Authority's main Customer Happiness Centers offer only the immediate issuance and renewal of the ID card for an additional fee of AED 150 which exempts persons with disabilities, clinical conditions and the elderly (over 70 years).
