- It is not a question of being rid of any responsibility. I almost get the feeling that you are more here to speak as Deputy Minister of Finance, and chase revenue and tax breaks, than as an environmentalist. I do not think this is the single most important measure. I don't think this is credible, I think this is a bad proposal, says Mats Hedenström, business policy manager at Swedish Trade, in Aktuellt.
According to Per Bolund, however, this is not about financing.
- This is far from the only proposal we make to reduce the problem of littering and a ruined environment. For example, we have proposals to ban certain disposable plastic items, to levy a tax on others to reduce their use, to get closer to recycling. It's obviously not a matter of funding, he says.
