Putin instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs "to take measures to provide organizational, staffing, and logistical support for the suppression of crimes related to the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors" on the Internet.
In addition, it was instructed to "prepare taking into account the operational situation and submit proposals on increasing the staffing and funding of the internal affairs bodies of Russia, on training personnel for them in order to improve this activity."
Putin also instructed to prepare amendments to criminalize propaganda or drug use on the Internet.
