The police suspect that the diapers were bought in Norway to be brought to the Baltic.

- But when you bring diapers out of Norway you have to report it and pay VAT, and it doesn't seem to have been done.
The driver of the car is arrested, suspected of smuggling.
The phenomenon is not too unusual. At the beginning of the year, two people were arrested in Malung-Sälen municipality with over a thousand diaper packages in the cargo.
