Sophia "Fia" Anderberg lives in Halmstad, has children and works as an influencer. Her social media is filled with images of her body, before pregnancy, during pregnancy, after pregnancy, undressed and dressed. She wants to show the world that all bodies have the right to exist regardless of size or shape and many people appreciate her honesty.

"We must stop retouching pictures"

- Healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes. We have to broaden the image of it and stop retouching images. We have to see cracks and pits in the thighs to know that they exist, says Fia Anderberg.

When she was younger, she fought against unhealthy thoughts around her body and meticulously controlled food and exercise. But she got tired and started writing about how she wanted to feel but also about how she actually felt.

- "Fake it til 'you make it", as you say. Finally, I actually began to feel that I was feeling good in my own body. Today I love it and want to show others that it is possible to love yourself.

94,000 follow her body-positive struggle

She now has over 94,000 followers on Instagram and supports herself as an influencer and has body positivity as her starting point.

- I get daily comments that I really help people to feel better in themselves and that is absolutely wonderful. My goal is for us to have a world where all body shapes are allowed and accepted. After all, the simplest thing in life should be to love yourself.
