“Sergei Genin, Igor Polozinenko, Alexander Nikitin were released from the detention center in connection with a court order to change his preventive measure from taking into custody to prohibit certain actions,” the GUFSIN press service in the Kemerovo Region told TASS.

It is specified that the term of detention of the accused expired on Friday, October 25, at 20:00.

Earlier, the court extended the arrest to four defendants in the case of a fire in the Zimnaya Cherry shopping center, including the director general of the shopping complex Nadezhda Suddenok.
