“According to the results of the internal audit, two employees of the duty department of the police department in the Moscow region were dismissed, seven employees, including managers, were warned of incomplete compliance with their posts,” the department said.

It is noted that the verification materials were transferred to the Investigative Committee.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the police department did not provide adequate control over the safe detention and behavior of the administrative detainee.

Two police officers who had video surveillance data about the detainee’s behavior and did not take proper measures to keep him safe were dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on negative grounds for violating federal laws “On Police”, “On Service in Internal Affairs Bodies”, orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Russia, job regulations and instructions.

It is also reported that seven officials, including managers who did not provide the necessary control over the work of this call center, were brought to strict disciplinary responsibility and warned of incomplete compliance with their posts.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on this fact.
