A university in China is facing a backlash from some of the regulations.

On Monday, foreign media including Shanghai East, China, reported on the 'Dyeing Prohibition' provision of the Xi'an University of Science and Technology.

This fact was recently revealed through the exposure of a female student attending Xi'an Electronic Science and Technology University. The rule states that students cannot dye in black, only dark brown.

On the other hand, the school said, "It has been implemented for a long time."
Upon hearing the news, local netists responded with skepticism: "I agree with regulations on middle and high school students, but college students are adults," and "What does dyeing have to do with college life?"

Earlier, two weeks ago, a university in Jiangsu province had a controversial policy that prevented curtains on dormitory beds.
