The diplomatic mission said that they learned about the detention of the Russian from the media, and did not receive any notifications from the local authorities.

Earlier in the newspaper The Miami Herald, they wrote that Bilalov was detained at his home in Miami by the United States Immigration Services.

In Russia, a case of abuse of authority is being investigated against a man, but it is not known whether this detention is related to this.
