Rosstat spoke about the share of the poorest groups of the population


In Russia, the share of households has grown, whose income is enough for food and clothing, but not enough for the purchase of durable goods, writes RIA Novosti with reference to data from Rosstat.

According to the agency, at the same time, there has been a decrease in the number of households that only have enough money for food. For example, in the first quarter of 2019, there were 15.2% of them, in the second - 14.1%.

At the same time, it is emphasized that the share of households that, they said, lack money even for food, fell from 0.8% to 0.7%.

Earlier, the Federal State Statistics Service said that the real income of Russians in the third quarter of 2019 increased by 3% in annual terms.
