22 October 2019The British Parliament has rejected the accelerated calendar of works for the approval of the Brexit law proposed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson (322 no and 308 yes'). With the vote, the divorce from the EU is again at a crossroads: it will not happen by October 31st as Johnson would like. The conservative prime minister had also declared that in the event of a rejection he would call for early elections.
