A Fujairah misdemeanor court has begun hearing the case of a foreign teacher working in a private school in the emirate of Fujairah.
The details of the incident is due to a quarrel between two students in the class, one of the ends of the victim and when the teacher noticed them separated by a stick was in his hand, causing him a minor injury.
Asked by the court to the accused teacher denied the accusation against him, and facing the confessions before the public prosecutor said: «There was no interpreter explaining the charges against me, I did not admit because I did not understand anything, as I demand to see the medical report proving the injury of the student I am a teacher and all students treated them Good. ”
The defendant demanded his innocence of the charges against him, while the lawyer assigned to him postponed the verdict in the case until the filing of the case file in order to plead for his defense.
