Five people died and two were injured as a result of shooting in the Rostov region. The injured were taken to the hospital.
The department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Oryol region of the Rostov region received a message about shots at one of the farms. Police officers arrived at the scene and found out that there was a conflict between the locals over the cattle grazing area.
“According to preliminary data, during the conflict, the participants used firearms and hunting weapons. As a result, five people died from gunshot wounds. The Batsievs claimed a part of the land belonging to SPK Novosyolovsky. In addition, according to the materials of the court, Batsiev and SEC “Novoselovsky” signed a loan agreement on the amount of 2 500 000 rubles on November 21, 2013 with interest payment for the use of the loan in the amount of 6% monthly, as well as a condition for payment of the penalty in the amount of 0.2% of the loan amount daily.
The administration of the Kamyshevsky rural settlement declined to comment on the incident. The head of the administration, Valentina Kanatova, said that so far she does not have any information about the shootout. “So far, there is only speculation and speculation,” she said.

The head of the representative office of the Chechen Republic in the Rostov region, Imran Israilov, in an interview with RT expressed the opinion that there is no question of any conflict on a national basis:
