“The Almaz-Antey Concern East Kazakhstan Region handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense the second regimental set of S-400 Triumph air defense systems this year,” the report said.
The ceremony of handing over the regiment set took place on the territory of the Kapustin Yar training ground in the Astrakhan region.
At the training ground, "overflights with the accompaniment of real air targets" were completed. The concern said that following the results of the initial firing, the equipment "worked without comment."
Earlier, Kryminform agency reported that exercises involving S-400 were held in Crimea.
