Movement of railway workers: "I think that ticket reimbursement files will be open at the end of the week," says Elisabeth Borne

At the end of an unexpected social movement, the SNCF indicated that all the tickets of the impacted travelers will be reimbursed. A refund that should also include any additional charges with new tickets, airline tickets, or hotel nights. "There will be a refund of the tickets, including those that are usually not refundable, and compensation for travelers who have had to find other ways to get around," confirmed Monday at Sonia Mabrouk's microphone, on Europe 1, Elisabeth Borne, Minister of the Ecological and Solidarity Transition. "I think the files will be open from the end of the week," she adds.
