The Fujairah misdemeanor court considered a Gulf case accused of slapping a child on his face causing him a minor injury.The prosecution referred the case to the court after he was charged with assaulting the body of the victim, and the defendant confessed to the charge, attributing the reason that the child opened the door to the bathroom He scratched his modesty.
"I slapped the victim on his face without giving him a word. I was inside the toilet in a shopping mall in Fujairah. The victim knocked on the door several times, and I did not answer him," he said.
