The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 29-year-old man accused of killing his former partner at his home in Vic (Barcelona) in an alleged case of sexist violence.
As reported by the Mossos d'Esquadra, the detainee is a man of Ecuadorian nationality , accused of killing his former partner.
The Mossos have received at 13.00 the notice that inside a Vic building there was a dead woman.
When the agents have arrived at the building, they have verified that the body showed signs of violence and, subsequently, they have arrested the woman's former partner as the alleged perpetrator of the crime.
The criminal investigation division of the Mossos d'Esquadra has taken over the investigations of this sexist crime, under the guardianship of the Vic Guard Court for now.
