The G7 2020 will not finally take place at Donald Trump. The US president, who wanted to host the annual meeting of leaders of the seven most industrialized countries on the planet at the Trump National Doral Club in Miami, has finally given up against the outcry.

"We will immediately start looking for another site, including the eventuality of Camp David," Donald Trump said Saturday night on Twitter, citing in a series of messages the "crazy and irrational hostility" of Democrats and press to explain his decision.

... Therefore, based on the Media and Democrat Crazed and Irrational Hostility, we will no longer consider Trump National Doral, Miami, as the Host Site for the G-7 in 2020. We will begin the search for another site, including the possibility of Camp David, immediately. Thank you!

White House Secretary General Mick Mulvaney said Thursday that the 2020 G7, hosted by the United States, will be held at the Trump National luxury resort in Doral, Florida.

He had also indicated that climate change would not be on the menu of the summit. Donald Trump is the only leader in the world to have taken his country out of the Paris climate deal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and stem the runaway climate change.
