SK opened a lawsuit due to the death of six people in a fire in Rostov

“On the fact of what happened, the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Yaroslavl Region opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“causing death by negligence to two or more persons”), ”the statement says.

It is noted that at present, investigators and forensic investigators are working at the scene.

Along with this, TASS reports that the head of the administration of the Rostov region, Sergei Shokin, said that "another fragment of an adult’s body" was found by specialists.

“Thus, the number of victims increased to seven,” he said.

Earlier it was reported that six people died in a fire in Rostov: five children and one adult.

In February, the Internet newspaper Utro.ru reported that a case was opened in the Kemerovo region on the death of two children in a fire.
