As an example, he drew attention to the Typhoon-1 missiles, which, according to him, are the modernization of Grad multiple launch rocket systems, but are capable of hitting targets 20 km further.

In addition, Zgurets praised the shells Typhoon-2, Typhoon-3 and the control system of the Grom-2 complex, which is being implemented as part of the IT artillery project.

“This is the creation of software that can turn individual destruction systems into strike reconnaissance systems,” he emphasized.

The expert admitted that while Ukraine lags behind Russia in the field of rocket artillery, however, he noted that this direction is already developing, and called on the Ukrainian government and the Ministry of Defense to begin to introduce new developments.
