On the evening of Tuesday, June 11, an alarm was issued about a gunfire between Gustafsfält and Östergård.

The next day, police were able to find empty sleeves and confirm that the shooting had taken place. No one was injured in the shooting.

Several were arrested

Just over a month after the shooting, several people were arrested for the shooting, but only three were arrested. Three more were arrested in their absence, which Hallandsposten was the first to tell.

Prosecutions have now been filed against the three men who were arrested. The charges are attempted murder and serious weapons crime, the man who fired the shots should also be prosecuted for causing danger to another. The men are 29, 23 and 18 years old.

Intended to kill

In the indictment, it appears that the 23-year-old was one of the fired shots at two other people who, according to interrogation, must have been sitting on a park bench. The shots must have been fired with the intention of killing the two men. Neither of the shots met the two men, but several set up nearby residential buildings.

The 18-year-old, must have been in place when the weapons were handed over to the shooters and provided a bicycle as a means of transport, to and from the place where they were shot.

The 29-year-old must have followed and transported people in vehicles to and from the crime scene. The man should also have directed the shooters to the shooting range.

Three suspects linked to the incident are still at large.
