“In order to ensure the protection of state interests in the organization and implementation of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of military and social infrastructure, I decide to create a military-law company“ Military Construction Company ”,” the decree published on the official Internet portal of legal information says.
It is noted that the functions and powers of the company's founder on behalf of Russia are carried out by the Ministry of Defense.
Earlier it was reported that the Military Construction Public Law Company, which is being created by the Russian Ministry of Defense, could become one of the contractors in the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
