The three men had a liquor factory and warehouses in two different locations in the northern parts of the county. In the liquor factory, police technicians found tanks and equipment to clean and dilute technical liquor.

According to police techniques, liquor bottles were provided with corks and labels after the liquor had been cleaned.

Nearly 8,000 liters of technical liquor were found in the men's warehouse and factory, according to the prosecutor, the men would dilute this, which had resulted in 19,000 liters of 35 per cent liquor.
