SVT's correspondent: "The candidates' age is a problem"

- Yes it is. Donald Trump was the oldest to be president with his then 70 years and all three Democrats who are at the top would all be the oldest person ever to become president. I've met many young Democrats who don't like the top candidates being so old. So it is important for them to try to prove, especially to young voters, that age and experience are something positive here.

- Elizabeth Warren was a winner because she was treated as the great threat by the other candidates. She was repeatedly attacked by the others, which led to her getting the most talk time, a total of six minutes more than Joe Biden. During that time you can say a lot. She had to stand in the center and get her own points, so Warren is probably satisfied after this debate.

- Then Kamala Harris and Cory Booker got the biggest applause of the evening when they talked about women's rights to decide on their own bodies. Both pointed out that this gets too little attention.

- Joe Biden. This type of debate format, when answering 60 seconds, did not work very well for him. He mixed words and countries together and when he is under time pressure he often starts on one thread and ends with another.
