The requirement to be tested also applies to citizens who enter the service in the troops of the Russian National Guard.

"Refusal to pass the audit or to provide the necessary information will be the basis for dismissal," - said in an explanatory note on the website of the lower house of parliament.

Conducting such inspections will help determine who does not have the moral and business qualities that are appropriate for serving in the Russian Guard.

It is noted that a similar verification of military personnel, citizens entering the military service in the security agencies has already shown its effectiveness.
