The Ras Al Khaimah Misdemeanor Court considered the case of accusing a woman of a Gulf nationality accused of divorced her through the program "Snapchat" three offensive words, and denied the accused before the court the charge against her, and stated that she did not insult her and that the complaint filed against her at the police station is malicious because of the dispute that occurred Between them as a result of divorce.

He explained that her divorcee inferred the image of a carpet in her house to confirm the validity of his complaint, while the photo attached to the case papers belong to a carpet found on social media and similar to the image of the carpet in her home, she filmed and downloaded on the program `` Snapchat '' and show her hands henna in the same picture.

She added that there was no evidence that she had been insulted or assaulted with indecent words, while the defense lawyer asked the defendant to postpone the case to view the file and prepare the means of defense and pleading with his client.The court responded to the request of the lawyer and postponed the case for a hearing next week to hear the defense's defense.
