“On Monday, the work will begin in Russia of the DPRK parliamentary delegation led by the chairman of the Supreme National Assembly,” RIA Novosti quoted the Federation Council press service as saying.
It is noted that the delegation from the DPRK was invited by the chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, who is scheduled to negotiate with Park Tae Son.
On July 4, DPRK Defense Minister But Gwan Chol and Russia's Deputy Minister of Defense, Colonel General Alexander Fomin, during negotiations in Pyongyang, discussed cooperation between the military departments of the two countries.
