The black car has long been the most common, but now white cars have passed and black car now end up in second place. The East Goths follow the kingdom and choose a black car in the other hand, while Gotlanders choose red car after white.

- The proportion of white passenger cars has increased very significantly in recent years. In 2008, 17,000 white passenger cars were registered in the country. Ten years later, the figure is 97,000. At the same time, other colors are declining. For example, only 139 cars with the color light yellow were registered last year, says Susann Landström, section manager at the Swedish Transport Agency in a comment on the authority's site.

Cars with colorful colors are declining, the survey shows, while the increase is among cars with more anonymous colors. Most common are purple passenger cars.
