France, England, Ukraine, Portugal, and Turkey can all validate their participation in the Euro 2020 starting Monday (18:45 GMT), although most will need outside help.

Winners Friday in Iceland (1-0), the Blues, champions of the world in title, can qualify with a victory against Turkey at the Stade de France, or with a defeat of Icelanders against Andorra, even if it is quite improbable.

For Turkey, the ticket for the Euro would be validated in case of victory in Paris combined with a draw or defeat of Iceland, or draw if the Icelanders lost.

On the side of Ukraine, after an exemplary run in these qualifications (5 v., 1n.), A point against Portugal of Cristiano Ronaldo, and the men of Andriy Shevchenko would be assured to participate in their third consecutive Euro, two years after their absence in Russia for the World Cup.

But the Seleçao itself has the qualification in its line of sight since a victory among the Ukrainians combined with a defeat of Serbia in Lithuania, and the title holders will be sure to defend their chances at the next Euro.

The last match that can lead to a qualification is that of England against Bulgaria in Sofia: a victory of the Three Lions, and a defeat of Kosovo against Montenegro, and the selection of Gareth Southgate can turn serenely towards the year next.
