by Tiziana Di Giovannandrea October 13, 2019Pronostica another 10 years of government Luigi Di Maio, political leader of the Movement, from the stage of 'Italy to 5 Stars'.

In his concluding speech at the tenth anniversary party of the Movement that took place in Naples, Di Maio excludes splits and divisions and says: "The splits are of the others, we are all together and we leave for another ten years which will be ten years of government ". Moreover according to the political leader of the M5S: "We will always be the needle of the balance of every government, the Movement will be at the center of politics and will decide the line to carry on".

With regard to the proposal to build an alliance between the M5S and the Democratic Party advanced by Nicola Zingaretti, Di Maio reiterates: "We do not propose an alliance with the Democratic Party but civil agreements" highlighting how "the Umbrian one is not an alliance. Many tell me ' Luigi but then we can not speak more evil of the Democratic Party? I say 'You can do it, but are you sure that we still need to speak ill of others?' We do not propose regional alliances with the Democratic Party, at most we will propose other civil agreements to free the Regions from the currents, from the parties ".

After talking about the 'experiment' of the civic list, supported by Pd and M5s, for the regional elections in Umbria, Di Maio on the regional elections in Campania and an agreement with De Luca glosses: "I am told: but in Campania then allied with De Luca? But not even for a dream ".

On the electoral law , the pentastellato political leader says he is convinced that there is a need to change it: "If we vote together with whom we are governing things in the yellow booklet, well. Otherwise it is not true that in order to vote we need to make another electoral law. "We are in the government not because we are forced, but to do things for you. But it is not because of this that we do not need a new electoral law. We must create new constitutional guarantees after the parliamentarians are cut."

Di Maio on health specifies that supertickets and heavy taxes will be abolished: "Our commitment will be to abolish the superticket, one of the many heavy taxes you encounter when dealing with health. It is one of our battles - he adds - and in this Budget law, at the beginning of 2020 or mid-2020 we will make it disappear and maybe pay it to the big tax evaders ".

About the reforms to be implemented Di Maio considers three of them indispensable: public water, conflict of interests and health: "From January three things we must do: a law on public water, a serious law on conflict of interests and a law to remove from the public health policy: three reforms at no cost "to proceed. "We can make all the laws we want at national level," warned Di Maio, "but if we do not govern the regions it will be very difficult to reform health and transport.

Lastly Di Maio wanted to send a greeting to Di Battista not present at the Movement Day for family reasons: "I want to send a big hello to Alessandro Di Battista and send him a big hug, we are all with you".

It should be noted that the arrival of Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi in 'Italia 5 Stelle' was marked by a confusion between activists and journalists. Virginia Raggi then said: "We are in a calm climate, I believe that the militants only want to be with us and they know that journalists can always talk to us. I am very sorry for what happened".
