“At a meeting with Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, our bilateral relations were discussed,” he said.
The minister added that the recently created high-level commission will help establish regular contacts between the parliaments of the two countries.
Earlier, Volodin conveyed greetings from Russian leader Vladimir Putin to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
