“The man who is believed to have attacked is currently detained under the Mental Health Act. The investigation will continue to be conducted by employees of the anti-terrorist unit ... The arrested person was declared insane for detention and was transferred to the place of isolation of persons suffering from mental illness, ”the statement says.
Law enforcement agencies added that the mall where the attack occurred returned to normal operation.
