The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) recently launched Robotech Human Resources (HR), the first intelligent HR employee to work in a government department. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to complete 15 important administrative processes, with 100% accuracy. As part of the Authority's initiatives for smart transformation and rationalization of expenditures, Robotech has provided human resources worth AED 994 thousand annually.
In adopting the launch of Robotech, the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, Humaid Mohammed Al Qatami, confirmed that the Authority is expanding the use of technologies in a fast and high level in its hospitals, centers and clinics, to provide a healthy atmosphere and hospitalization distinctive, while working to automate the work systems and simplify procedures and disposal Of paperwork through digital technology, within the direction of the Government of Dubai.
He said that the idea of employing (Robotech) in the completion of administrative processes of human resources, will raise the rates of satisfaction and happiness of employees, facilitating everything related to their transactions, and simplify the procedures relating to their lives, stressing that the Authority is always keen to create a comfortable working environment and environment stimulating creativity Innovation, especially as it is full of employees in various sectors and departments characterized by their positive energy, and perform their work with sincerity and dedication, to serve the community.
Dr. Amna Al Suwaidi, Director of Human Resources Department at Dubai Health Authority, said that Robotech is a high level of human resources and conducts 15 vital and vital operations involving more than 13,000 employees in all sectors, departments and facilities of the medical authority.
Amna Al Suwaidi pointed out that the Health Authority in Dubai is going to develop more intelligent technologies in its administrative work related to personnel affairs, including activating ChatBot technology and making it available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
