• Zen. Why do you like sex in the car so much?

The Criminal Court No. 1 of Segovia has sentenced the driver of a vehicle and his partner to six months in jail for practicing sex while driving on the AP-6 motorway passing through the town of Villacastín on December 15 of last year .

In the recently held trial, the two defendants pleaded guilty and accepted the imposition of the penalty demanded by the prosecutor for a crime against road safety in their reckless driving mode, sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León reported Friday (TSJCyL).

The judgment of conformity agreed by the parties establishes that the accused man was driving the vehicle that was driving on the toll road when, at a certain moment, his partner "sat on top" , "hugging him, with his legs open, both placed on the driver's seat, while the accused performed sexual movements. "

The judicial resolution explains that, while this was happening, the car in which the couple was traveling was driving along the left lane of the highway, passing several vehicles despite the fact that the accused and driver did not pay any attention to driving while carrying out activities with his partner incompatible with taking the wheel, "what made his driving zigzagging."

He even invaded the opposite lane, forcing another driver to give up an overtaking maneuver to avoid the collision.

The judge has accepted the request of the prosecutor and the defendant's lawyer and has agreed to suspend the prison sentence for two years, on condition that they do not commit a crime again during that period.

The ruling prohibits both defendants from driving motor vehicles and mopeds for two years and one day.
