Here, house prices have gone down in Västmanland

Throughout the county, house prices have increased by just over 2 per cent in the past year and most have gone up in Västerås and Surahammar.

However, prices in Hallstahammar and Sala have fallen, with 9.5 and 6.2 per cent respectively.

A decline that continued at the same pace even during the past three months.

In Hallstahammar, the villas were sold in the last year for an average of SEK 1.9 million and in Sala for SEK 943,000. Prices are based on 124 and 128 sales respectively.

The average price for the entire county was SEK 2.5 million.
