It has not been more than a year or so since the warm-hearted Nordic racing sports giant Björn Goop went about Dad Olle and became Sweden's most successful driver of all time. Today, when he steered the steamer Reverend Wine as the first ship across the finish line at Solvalla, he passed yet another milestone in his career. this is stated in the Swedish trotting sport in a press release.
- It feels incredible to have won 7,000 wins. This is huge for me. I have worked so hard to develop as a coach and coach. That has always been my focus, says Björn Goop in the press release.
According to Swedish trotting sport, Björn Goop has completed 38 700 races since his career began in a race at Axevalla in 1994.
Björn Goop has also reaped success in the international trotting arena. in2017 he took his third elite race victory and last year he drove home the prestigious Prix d´Amérique.
