A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after the woman was found seriously injured in an apartment in central Arvika last Friday.
The woman was initially pronounced dead at the scene by police but resuscitated in the ambulance on her way to the hospital. The situation for the woman has been critical and prosecutor Stefan Wessberg tells the newspaper that the woman was pronounced dead on Monday night.
