“I did not say that an outpatient examination proved the insanity of Alexander Gabyshev. There was no such word as “insanity” there, ”she pointed out.
According to the lawyer, the re-examination was carried out due to the fact that the defense had doubts about the definitions that were contained in the results of the first study.
Timofeeva clarified that if Gabyshev is recognized as capable, then the investigation of the criminal case against him will continue.
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Yakutia said that Gabyshev was sent to the Yakut Republican Neuropsychiatric Dispensary (YARPND).
