The Fujairah Criminal Court has heard evidence from witnesses in the case of two Asians accused of deliberately killing their friend and burying him in the Sakmakm area.

Details of the incident are due to the luring of the accused defendants to a farm in Sakamkam area, handcuffing him and his feet in one of the rooms, robbing him forcibly, killing him by suffocation with hands, and burying him in a place dedicated to raising sheep on the farm.

The defendants denied all the charges against them: kidnapping, restricting freedom, theft, premeditated murder, and concealing the body.

The tribunal summoned three witnesses to confront the defendants, including a Fujairah police officer, a lieutenant in the Dubai police and a Dubai police officer.They unanimously stated that a Dubai police report was issued stating that the victim was absent.With a search and investigation, he was identified, his place of work and his residence.

Patrols moved to his residence, and during the process of investigation and research found that the first accused between him and the victim financial differences, and live in the same place, but the first accused replaced his place of residence four months ago from Dubai to Ajman, and was coordinated with the security and police authorities to hand over the accused to the police Fujairah.

They pointed out that the defendant confessed in his own volition that he intended to solve the financial problem that occurred between them, and recover his money from the victim, which made him borrow his friend's vehicle, and tells the victim that he will take him to a place for understanding, but he refused to end the financial dispute, which made The first defendant calls the second defendant to tell him what happened.

Witnesses said that the second defendant asked the first defendant to bring the victim to the farm where he works, to force him to solve the problem, and recover the money, and indeed the first accused accompanied the victim to Fujairah, and the two defendants pressed the victim to resolve the problem in vain, which made them assault He beat him, tied him with a rope.

They confirmed that the first defendant confessed that he strangled the victim in cooperation with the second defendant, until his last breath, and then buried him in a sheep barn under construction, and put cement on it, so as not to smell out and reveal their crime.

Witnesses confirmed that the defendants, in cooperation with the crime scene of the Fujairah Police and the Public Prosecution in Fujairah, represented all the details of the crime.

In addition, two defense lawyers requested the defendants to submit their defense memorandum and allow them to photocopy the case papers.
