SVT's US correspondent: "Several presidents have been investigated while sitting in the White House"

On Monday, a New York court ruled that U.S. President Donald Trump has to hand over the statements to both himself and his company.

The statements form part of the investigation into whether Trump or anyone in his family has been involved in payments to porn secretary Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, to keep quiet about alleged dealings with Trump.
