According to preliminary data, on Saturday, October 5, a man stole a car with a three-year-old girl in the back seat.
Having discovered the child, the man dropped her out of the car on a country road and disappeared. A girl left in the dark at night was in danger by a passerby.
Currently, the suspect is detained, a complex of investigative measures is being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
A case was also opened against the young man on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Theft”).
