Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the readiness of more than 90% of housing and communal services in Russia for winter

“According to experts, more than 92% of housing and public utilities facilities in the country are ready for the coming winter,” RIA Novosti quotes a representative of the agency.

In September, the Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that Russia is almost 90% ready for the start of the heating season.

In August, the vice-governor of the Moscow region Dmitry Pestov said that the readiness of housing and communal services for the winter period is estimated at 70%.
