Mansoura Criminal Court in northern Egypt decided today to postpone the first trial session, Safaa Abdel Fattah Abdel Latif, 40 years old, accused of killing her granddaughter, Janna Mohamed Samir, 4 years, until the hearing of 9 October this year until a lawyer to defend the accused.

During the trial, a forensic report said that by examining the child's body it was thin. The medical examination indicated the presence of severe congestion of the conjunctiva of the eyes, puffiness of the face, eyelids, cyanosis, nail cyanosis, and burns of the first three degrees of severe suppurations, and graduated from the discharge of pus dense smelly irregular in the form, including the pubic area, buttocks and back.

The body was found to have double-edged strip bruises, lengths ranging from 15 to 20 cm, and in the final healing phase, as well as elliptic bruises in the form of reciprocal arches and brutally located around the wrist and humerus.

The forensic report confirmed that the body was truncated left leg, specifically from the lower limb, and above the level of the knee joint with the presence of recent surgical sutures, and gangrene manifestations of the rest of the left thigh, and gangrene manifestations of the lower right.
