“The local population as a whole supports the concept of a separation of forces and the plans that we have,” the Ukrainian minister emphasized.
Earlier, the command of the Armed forces of Ukraine postponed the withdrawal of forces in Zolotoy from October 7 to 9.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry explained the failure of the agreements by the ongoing shelling of the settlements of Zolotoe and Petrovskoye.
In the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Kiev was accused of sabotaging the withdrawal of forces in the Donbass.
