Monday, October 7, a parliamentary debate on immigration opens in France. It is a will of Emmanuel Macron, which should reproduce each year. The President of the Republic has already stated his willingness to toughen reception conditions, including social benefits, in order to reduce the number of migrants trying to find refuge in France.
