Earlier this week, Östersunds FK went to their website and told them that they still need money. Through campaigns, they have asked private individuals and companies to come in and support financially and so far it has given SEK 850,000. At the same time, the club notes that it is far from the goal. SEK 7 million is what they need to get in, because among other things, sponsorship revenue has been halved.

Two cases at Kronofogden

At the same time, there are two cases at Kronofogden which are currently being handled. There are two companies that have claimed ÖFK. One company requires SEK 281,000, the other company has not yet determined an amount, Kronofogden states.

SVT has sought representatives from ÖFK. The club's press officer Niklas Lidström has responded via sms that they will continue to work with the economy and that they will inform more as soon as they have something more to come.

1.7 million in debt to the municipality

Östersund Municipality also has the requirements for ÖFK. The club has not been able to pay rent and has previously been granted a license. The debt to the municipality is currently up to SEK 1.7 million.
