Castres easily won their second consecutive home victory by winning with the offensive bonus (46-16) against a stadium French adrift and more than ever red lantern, Saturday on the occasion of the 6th day of Top 14 .

In their stadium Pierre-Fabre, the Tarnais have signed their third success of the season, after those against Montpellier July 24 (27-26) and Agen (30-27) last weekend, and go back in the first part of the ranking.

For its part, the Stade Français sinks into crisis with a fifth defeat in six games, the fourth in a row outside, which confirms his sad fate of last class. The week promises to be agitated behind the scenes on the side of Jean-Bouin before the reception of Toulon next Saturday.

After a sluggish start to the match, the Castrais have taken the measure of the Stade Français by entering two tries: the first thanks to Thomas Combezou (26th) following a penaltouche, the second on a redoubled pass between Armand Battle and Julien Dumora concluded by the CO opener (17-9, 33e), also author of 21 points in this meeting.

Worse defending the championship (38 points conceded per match on average), the Parisians continued to sink in the second half, conceding two more tests by Palis (59th) and Gérondeau (62nd). The reduction of Ruan Combrinck's score (43-16, 68th) will remain anecdotal.

The CO, who remained on three defeats in a row against the Parisians, was reassured at the best time: next Saturday, it is indeed a Stade Toulousain revenge waiting for him in his den for a burning derby. For Paris and his coach Heyneke Meyer, however, the situation is more and more worrying.
