“Russia will never be our friend,” the Hayday newspaper quotes Haley.
The ex-permanent representative said that the United States can not trust Russia "under any circumstances."
She also added that, in her opinion, Russia intervened in the US presidential election in 2016 and influenced Americans through social media.
Haley said that the United States should maintain open ties with Russia.
